ROV300 is a lightweight underwater robot designed by Zhizhen Marine Technology (Weihai) Co., Ltd. for a working depth of 300 meters.
The underwater main body of rov300 is equipped with seven DC brushless thrusters, of which four are installed horizontally and three are installed vertically. The horizontal thruster can provide 50kg forward thrust of the underwater robot. At the same time, the robot has three vertical thrust arrangements, which can maintain the stable attitude of pitch and roll during simple operation and carrying load. The forward speed of the underwater robot can reach 3 knots, which ensures that the rov300 can work stably under complex sea conditions.
Rov300 adopts frame design and polypropylene material, which makes it have strong corrosion resistance and anti-collision ability. It is suitable for working in seawater with harsh environment. The center of gravity of rov300 is located at the lower part of the host, which has good stability. The expansion capacity is strong, the standard load is 10kg, and the maximum load can be 30kg by adding buoyancy materials. It adopts modular design and simple maintenance. It only takes a few minutes to replace a propeller and other components. At the same time, rov300 is equipped with gravity recovery head, which can quickly complete the placement and recovery of the robot.
The ROV30O is equipped with 1 1080p HD webcam and 2 3W lights, camera and light mounted on the front, used to observe the direction of ROV advancement, with a 100 ° view of water. The ROV300 underwater robot can carry a variety of loads through the bottom expansion frame, such as manipulator, high-resolution camera, front visual sonar, side scan sonar, and altimeter (using automatic height setting function).
